Andrew Norelli at Tommy T's!

Headlines One Night Only! October 14

Andrew’s comedy career began shortly after receiving a B.S. in Sociology from UC Berkeley.  Voted Most Likely to Become a Comedian by his high school class, his act was shaped by the smart, original sensibilities of the famed San Francisco comedy scene.  Eventually moving to LA, he worked the top spots including The Icehouse, The Improv, and The Comedy and Magic Club where he opened for Jay Leno.  Since then he has shared the stage with almost every big name in the business– Garry Shandling, Kevin Nealon, Bob Saget, Joe Rogan, Roseanne Barr, George Lopez, Louie C.K., Dave Attell, Dave Chapelle, Robin Williams, and more.

TV spots followed, such as The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, Comics Unleashed, Entertainment Studios with Byron Allen, and NBC’s Last Comic Driving.  Andrew also appeared at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival where his performance was praised in the publications The Hollywood Reporter and Time Out New York.  As a writer for 131 episodes of the TV show Comics Unleashed, his jokes still air on re-runs of the nationally syndicated program.
Perhaps more importantly, Andrew understands the corporate world, as he worked a sales job in his early years, navigating his way through the baffling realities of expense reports, spreadsheets, and quotas.  The experience was invaluable as you must learn about something before you find the humor in it.
Blending his joke writing with his improv skills, he often collects facts, info, and trivia from his clients beforehand, then weaves them into the show.  Jokes about the boss, company rivals, or past company events are often fodder.
See him live at Tommy T’s newest club in Rancho Cordova!
