Arsenio Hall Returns

Television personality and comedian Arsenio Hall is back! He will be returning to late night with his own talk show that will air in the fall of 2013. LaughSpin.Com reported that Hall’s new show is on board with CBS TV Distribution and will be broadcasted to 85 percent of American households.
“It’s an amazing feeling to be going HOME to my old friends and colleagues and firing up our ‘night thing. Let’s get busy…AGAIN!” Hall said.
Hall has been missing in action since his two-time Emmy winning program ended. The Arsenio Hall Show ran for five years before it was cancelled in 1994. Hall’s recent appearance on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice not only gave him a victory, but it also got him back into the spotlight, LaughSpin reported.
The new project, however, has yet to be named, but is set to air on WPIX in New York and KTLA in Los Angeles at 11 p.m., and WGN in Chicago at 10 p.m., according to The Huffington Post. “We’re excited to welcome Arsenio back to the family and partnering on his new, late-night syndicated talk show,” CBSTVD president John Nogawski said.
Hall is no stranger to late night television, so I’m sure that for him this will be a walk in the park. Arsenio’s victory made him popular again, but is it enough to have a successful comeback?
