Comedians You Should Follow During Tonight’s #Oscars

There’s three things that come to mind when I think about the Oscars: the red carpet, the celebrities’ fashion wardrobe, and last but not least, the awards. If you do not have a television near you during the award show, why not use Twitter? With the Oscars set to air in just hours, and with social media being accessible to everyone, Twitter has made it possible for followers to be up-close and personal with their favorite comedian during the award show. All you need to do is follow the hashtag #Oscars and look for your favorite comedians and writers during the ceremony.
Some of the comedians to look for this Sunday night are Steve Martin @SteveMartinToGo. He hosted the Oscars back in 2000, 2002, 2009 and is expected to make an appearance tonight. On February 21 he tweeted, “Oscar preparations continue. Checking tuxedo, cufflinks, shoe shine, TV cable and snack deliver service.”
Comedian Chelsea Handler (@ChelseaHandler) and writer Jen Kirkman (@JenKirkman) will also be attending the Oscars . Former Critics Choice Award host and co-creator of Human Giant, Rob Huebel (@RobHuebel), is also scheduled to appear. Identical twin comedians and former hosts of ESPN’s Cheap Seats, The Sklar Brothers, will also be attending. You can follow them @SklarBrothers.
Tune into the Oscars tonight to see your favorite celebrities! Watch below to see the best of 2011′s Academy Awards:
