From The Kims of Comedy, Steve Byrne’s high energy, physical style of comedy make him one of the hottest young comedians touring the country today. His hour special, Steve Byrne’s Happy Hour, premiered last year on Comedy Central to rave reviews.
He has appeared on the big screen with Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon in Four Christmases as well as with Jeremy Piven and Will Ferrell in The Goods: The Don Ready Story. He is also seen in the recently released Vince Vaughn film, Couples Retreat. You’ve seen him on NBC’s The Real Wedding Crashers and in a promo for last years Superbowl halftime show with Prince. His standup has been featured on NBC’s The Tonight Show, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, CBS’s The Late Late Show and BET’s Comic View.
Byrne tours with the popular all Asian comedy group, The Kims of Comedy. He won the Myspace Standup Or Sitdown Comedy Challenge and his Comedy Central Presents half hour special was voted one of the best of all time in the Comedy Central Standup Showdown.
