Comedy Central will be debuting Todd Barry’s new comedy special, Super Crazy, tomorrow night at 11 p.m. ET. This will be the comedian’s first hour-long comedy special.
Although this is his first special, Barry has made appearances on many popular TV shows, such as: Chappelle Show, Sesame Street, Sex and the City, and Louie. He also earned the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival’s Jury Award, so it makes you wonder what took Barry so long to release his own special.
Barry’s material in Super Crazy ranges from an apartment hunt to a cabbie picking him up over a woman. The SpitTake reported that although the material sounds colorless and mundane, Barry’s delivery makes the jokes worthwhile.
On July 24, an uncensored and extended version of Super Crazy will be available on CD and DVD. It will also be available through iTunes, the Sony Playstation Network, Xbox Live, and Samsung Media Hub, LaughSpin reported. The digital album can be pre-ordered on iTunes now!
Be sure to tune in to Comedy Central tomorrow night at 11:00 p.m. ET to see what Barry has in store for his fans. I’m sure with his experience in the comedy world, Super Crazy will please all comedy lovers.
