The familiar cast of Jonah Hill, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Danny McBride and so on come together in yet another film. The difference between this and every other film I’ve seen is, the actors will be playing themselves. I know for a fact how hard it is to act as yourself, maybe even more than a different person. Seeing this should be mildly entertaining. The film’s release date is currently set for June 14, 2013.
This can go one of two ways: Really bad or really good. Following along the same lines as Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve, there will be about a million actors and stories all over the place. I partly put this movie on the top 5 list because of all the big names, but as time has shown us, that isn’t always a good thing. Guess we’ll just have to see. The film’s release date is currently set for January 25, 2013.
The correct genre of this film is “Zombie Romantic Comedy,” and is not to be confused with Zombieland for all you zombie illiterates. The book turned film stars Nicholas Hoult (About A Boy) who plays a Zombie named “R” who falls in love with a teenage girl. The film’s release date is currently set for February 1, 2013.
There is probably 85 percent of humans who can’t go a day without saying an Anchorman quote. I am in that percentage. The same crew from the first Ron Burgundy film got together including, Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, David Koechner, and Christina Applegate. The film’s release date is currently set for December 20, 2013.
Besides being oddly tan, Steve Carell is still a fox. He plays the magician Burt Wonderstone with partner Anton Marvelton (Steve Buscemi) alongside him. Jim Carrey portrays the enemy of the two as a street magician. Think Zoolander but with magicians. The film’s release date is currently set for March 15, 2013.
Disagree? We’d love to hear why!
Here’s to 2013! May these comedies makes us pee our pants.
