The film focuses on two incompetent politicians battling for political office in North Carolina. Their unpredictable rivalry promises to bring the laughs in theatres on August 10.

The two started off the tour on Tuesday at The Grove in Los Angeles. Yesterday, they visited Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago. Today, the pair began the day in Chicago and ended in Seattle.

While in Chicago, the two were greeted by a host of Chicago’s greats. To pay homage to Galifianakis and Ferrell, the local news station, WGN TV, arranged appearances from celebrity impersonators including Oprah, Harry Caray and Honest Abe Lincoln. The pair seemed bewildered and impressed by the lengths to which the station went to make the two feel welcome in WGN’s home city.

They walked through the hallway toward the interview and appear to be sincerely entertained. Galifianakis loses it at the sight of Miss O’Leary’s cow and Ferrell gets a kick out of Harry Caray’s doppleganger.

Watch the video below to view the entire Campaign Chicago experience! On July 30, they’ll begin part two of the tour in Boston and Toronto and finish up in Philadelphia and D.C toward the end of the month.
